Receiving an offer on your home is very exciting; especially when the offer meets or exceeds your expectations. However, history shows that market conditions favor the buyer in every 2 out of 3 years. In other words, buyers will often give an initial offer less than what our sellers are comfortable with. Your Team at Road To Home Realty will suggest how to respond to low offers and the other 20+ negotiable items on a contract. A negotiation is complete when all sides are content with the terms of the contract. As your representative, we want you to be overjoyed with the results.
We Help All The Way Through The End
Once the contract negotiations are finished the buyer will complete their inspections, an appraisal (sometimes two appraisals), and will complete the necessary items to close their loan. In most cases the contract will be conditional upon the buyer satisfying these contingencies. These steps must be complete prior to the seller getting the proceeds from the sale of their home. A qualified team member will be there watching for red flags and keeping the transaction on course. Since every transaction is different, we must monitor each phase and will happily keep you informed on all the events that lead to a successful close of escrow.
